Phone the clinic and our team will triage your situation and book you the same day where possible.

We diagnose the cause and prioritize getting you comfortable at the first visit.

Temporary or definitive treatment on the day, depending on what is clinically best.

Once you are out of pain, we plan any further treatment without pressure.
Expected timeline: Same-day where possible when you call in the morning. Severe swelling, difficulty breathing or major trauma need urgent hospital emergency care — not a dental appointment.

Yes — we hold same-day emergency slots at both clinics every weekday, for existing and new patients. Call as early as you can.
Severe pain, facial swelling, a knocked-out or broken tooth, uncontrolled bleeding, or a lost filling or crown causing pain. If in doubt, call — we will advise you honestly.
Our phone line message directs you to out-of-hours advice. Severe swelling affecting breathing or swallowing, or significant trauma, needs hospital emergency care immediately.
